Payment Methods

PRICES OF GOODS, PAYMENT TERMS AND PROCEDURE

1. Prices of Goods in the E-store are indicated in EUR (euros) including VAT. Goods are sold at prices valid in the E-store at the time of placing the order, unless the Parties agree otherwise in a specific case.

2. The price of Goods cannot change after the Buyer has confirmed the Offer, except in cases where the price of the Goods has changed due to a technical error in information systems or other objective reasons beyond the Seller's control. If in such a case the Buyer does not agree to purchase the Goods at the new price, the Buyer may cancel the order by informing the Seller thereof within 2 (two) business days. If the order is canceled in accordance with the procedure provided for in this clause, all amounts paid by the Buyer shall be refunded.

3. The Buyer shall pay for the purchased Goods in one of the following ways:

3.1. Electronic banking – through the payment platform managed by “OPAY solution" UAB. In this case, the responsibility for the security of the Buyer's data during payment lies with the relevant bank, since all monetary transactions take place in the bank's electronic banking system.

3.2. By bank transfer (payment is expected for 3 business days).

4. Goods purchase documents – invoices are submitted to the Buyer electronically, to the Buyer's specified e-mail address.

5. The Buyer's data specified in the goods purchase document – ​​invoice may be changed at the Buyer's request in the following cases:

5.1. The date of the invoice issued to the Buyer is the current month, and the date of the Buyer's request to change the data is the current month.

5.2. The date of the invoice issued to the Buyer is the previous month, and the date of the Buyer's request is no later than the 10th day of the current month.

Payment via E-banking

When ordering, select a payment method OPAY. A list of the most popular electronic banking systems will appear in your payment window: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Danske Bank, Šiaulių bankas, Medicinos bankas. After selecting the bank from which you want to pay, you will be redirected to the paysera payment window.
